Please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to initiate a resolution for any quality concerns.

Upon delivery, please carefully inspect your Prima Pavé bottles for any signs of transit damage, leakage, or breakage.
Document Issues
If you receive a damaged product, take clear photographs of the exterior packaging and the damaged contents to assist with your claim.
